Well, we are finally on the Blogging Bandwagon....;)  Blogging is a great way, in an informal way, to get ideas and opinions out to the world at large. One of the foundations that Apple Appraisal, Inc. is built on, is our ability to communicate and to teach. we have always considered these things to be some of the most important aspects of our company. All the way from Dennis Kerns and Tony Blackburn going out and doing thier "Dog and Pony Show" as the affectionately call it, to giving one on one opinions to a client. This blog is a catalyst for doing these things. Here you will find not only our opinions, but the opinions of others and the occasional debate as well. This blog will also provide an educational forum for us, to help the people that use appraisals, understand what an Appraiser is, what we can and cant do and why. So stay tuned.
